Scenarios for Diehard 4 RAW tournament
Title: Head to Head / Capture the Flag
Stage: Stage 1 – Elimination Round
Objectives: Eliminate all opposing forces or capture flag within 5 mins
Ammo Load: 40 rounds (2 mags per player)
Description: This scenario will be a fast-paced, raid style combat, wherein opposing teams will get face each other in a last-man standing battle.
The teams will be positioned at opposite areas of the courtyard, with barriers in between them and the flag objective.
At the sound of the marshals’ horn, the teams will emerge from their starting position and immediately try to eliminate the other team while maneuvering to capture the flag.
The game will end once any of the following conditions are achieved.
• All members of one team are eliminated
• One team gets the flag from the middle and brings it back to their “base”
• Time ends
Once the game ends, marshals will provide the team score for Stage 1 of the elimination round. (please refer to RAW Scoring System)
Title: CQB Building Clearing / Bomb Search
Stage: Stage 2 – Elimination Round
Objectives: Eliminate all opposing forces and locate the bomb within 10 mins
Ammo Load: 60 rounds (3 mags per player)
Description: This scenario will be an intense tactical challenge, wherein each competing team will attempt to clear the 3-storey CQB building in search for a bomb package placed in 3 possible locations.
The teams will be faced by a 4-man Terror Cell (Opposing Force), whose sole objective is to delay and/or eliminate the assaulting team.
Teams will be given a floor plan of the building in order to plan their assault. All entry points into the building may be used.
The game will end once any of the following conditions are achieved.
• All members of the Opposing Force or Assault Team are eliminated
• Team locates and extricates the bomb safely
• Time ends – Team incurs penalty by default because bomb has already exploded
Once the game ends, marshals will provide the team score for Stage 2 of the elimination round.
Title: Witness Exfiltration / VIP Protection
Stage: Championship Round
Objectives: Protect and exfiltrate witness/VIP from starting point to designated safe zone at the least amount of time.
Ammo Load: 60 rounds (3 mags per player)
Description: This scenario will be the championship round, wherein only the top 5 teams in the standings will get to participate.
All five teams will start at an area behind the building, without any view of the courtyard. The holding area for the championship teams will be in the room near the back of the building.
The teams will be given the task of protecting a witness/VIP through hostile territory to the designated safe zone at the fast amount of time. The teams will be ambushed by a 3-4 man terror cell, which are lying in wait.
The game will end once any of the following conditions are achieved.
• All members of one team are eliminated
• Team successfully exfiltrates the witness/VIP
• Witness/VIP is “killed”
• Time ends
Once the game ends, marshals will provide the team score for championship round standings.
